Introduction to the Corporate Governance Report
On behalf of the Board, I am pleased to introduce our 2022 Corporate Governance Report.
Dear Shareholder This year we have transitioned to a more normal working balance as we have moved out of the Covid-19 pandemic. We have maintained our schedule of Board and Committee meetings throughout the year and have started holding our main meetings in person. We intend to continue with a blend of physical and virtual meetings over the coming year to maximise productivity and social capital as a Board and with the wider team. As with last year we held our Annual General Meeting virtually but also included a presentation to shareholders by the Executive team, which I hope was useful and informative.
