2022 highlights Over the year we have:
— Become a signatory to the Better Buildings Partnership Climate Commitment — Completed assessment of climate- related risks to the business — Reported in line with the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures — Maintained EPRA Gold awards for both Annual Report and Sustainability Report — Published sustainability policy — Improved occupier energy data collection to over 70% — Implemented assurance over published sustainability data Looking ahead Next year we will: — Implement recommendations from climate-related risk assessment — Contribute to the Better Buildings Partnership Real Estate Environmental Benchmark in respect of our portfolio — Implement identified improvements to our GRESB submission
We aim to have in place high standards of sustainability governance and management and will undertake initiatives to promote greater environmental responsibility. This also includes a focus on business practices, which are activities which concern the way the business is run, including business ethics, compliance and tax principles.
