We have a strong and open company culture with shared values. We value the contributions made by the whole teamand aim to nurture a positive working environment. This year the teamhas been working remotely, meaning that effective engagement has been evenmore important.

Looking ahead We will continue to build on the employee survey to identify areas that are important to the team. When restrictions are eased, we will plan to return to the office with a flexible working model. We will also focus on upskilling the whole team on sustainability and its importance to the business.
